As a leader and instructor in the fire service, I am deeply aware of the weight and responsibility that comes with my role. It has taught me valuable lessons on areas for improvement and personal growth. My goal is to motivate, support, and inspire the upcoming generation of firefighters to tackle the next 100 years of fires with confidence.
